The Oneness Run proudly presents the 7th annual Oneness 5K Run/Walk!  

For the year 2024, we have added a 10K race for competitive runners as well, and the course is certified by USATF, certification # IL23009NM.

Competitive runners, please be sure to sign up for the Timed Bib.  

Price Discounts on timed Bibs: 40% until 12/31/2023, 30% until 2/14/2024, 20% until 4/8/2024, 15% until 5/12/2024, and 10% until 5/28/2024. No discount thereafter. Sign up early and enjoy the deeper discount.

Enjoy running and walking through the scenic Deer Grove Forest Preserve as you get your nature fix!  There will be water stations on the course.  

Light food and drinks will be available to participants at the finish line.

Timed Event:  10K Runner/Walkers 7:20 AM, lineup is at 7:15

                        5K Runner/Walkers 7:30 AM, lineup is at 7:25
                        Untimed Event: Walk only at 7:35 AM, lineup is at 7:30

KIDDIE DASH: 8:30 AM or after completion of 5K race, lineup is at 8:15

Group 1: Ages 1-5 years 
Group 2: Ages 6-10 years 

RACE DAY REGISTRATION 

There will be no gear check. Car parking is very very close by. 

2024 RACE DAY REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICKUP

In-person, Registration and Packet Pickup will be available at TBD

Race day registration and packet pick-up will also be available at Deer Grove Forest Preserve from 6:00-6:30 am.   Pre-registration is strongly recommended to guarantee shirt sizing.  

PREMIUMS / SPECIAL FEATURES

Participants in the 5K Run/Walk will receive a race shirt (for the first 350 registrations) available in Male/Female sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL.  Register before April 30 to guarantee you receive an appropriate size.  

Age-based 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place category awards for male and female participants. Under 10, 11-19, 20- 29, 30-39, 40- 49, 50-59, 60 plus

Kiddie Dash participants will receive medals. 

All registered participants will receive an official race packet, sponsored goodies, snacks, and beverages.

Oneness Run promotes a healthy lifestyle, healthy food will be available after the race.
