Oneness Running Club
Oneness Running Club welcomes runners of all levels, from beginners to marathoners, to join our open running community. Our aim is to provide coaching, support, and inspiration to help our members stay on track, regardless of their speed or distance goals.
Our members run at various locations, such as local parks, trails, beaches, and even on treadmills, and share their runs with the group. We encourage open discussions on running-related topics, such as injury prevention, nutrition, and ways to optimize our running performance.
We also share information about upcoming races, including 5Ks, 10Ks, 15Ks, half marathons, and marathons, that our members are training for or participating in.
At the end of the season in October, we organize a group run followed by a post-run party and potluck to celebrate our accomplishments and build community.
