5-minute Dynamic Warm-Up to Run/Walk Strong
Whether you’re a runner, walker, or a run/walker, getting some basic stretches before and after is a must! A good stretch not only feels good but it also lowers your risk for an injury.
Before we run, we want to warm up our muscles and prepare them for what’s ahead. Try and hold each exercise for as long as you can (30 seconds).

- Straight-Leg Calf Stretch

- Hamstring Stretch
- Hip Rotators
- Standing Figure Four Hip Stretch
And now you’re done..nice work! Don’t forget to hydrate!
